IMARC 2021-2023 kicked off with 23 international students who origin from 8 different countries in and outside the European Union. The introduction was held on campus, considering the COVID-19 regulations, and hosted by the IMARC team.
It was an honour to welcome the new students of cohort 3 to this two-year programme. The programme coordinator, Elisabeth Brein, kicked off with an introduction, followed by the chair of the programme, René van Swaaningen. He addressed the global challenges of globalisation, migration and border issues and elaborated on the spirit of the programme. The students learned more about the programme, IMARC and their fellow students. We concluded with a photo session and started making visual history for the yearbook 2021-2023. We look forward to a very interesting start of the first semester with lectures on campus again, supported with online availability. We wish this new cohort an inspiring start!
